Arrival: from 2 p.m.

 

Departure: by 9.00 a.m.

 

Payment: cash, check or bank transfer before arrival
(no electronic payment possible)

 

Deposit:  The apartment is reserved on the day of the deposit.

The amount will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
If the date is postponed in the same calendar year
the deposit will be credited.

 

Cancellations:  

• 90 days prior to arrival: deposit is non-refundable

• 30 days before arrival 70% of the total price

• 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price

 

For late arrival or early departure
the total amount of the booked period is calculated.

 

Price changes:

Fam. Hainz reserves the right to make changes at any time
in the price list.

 

 

Smoking ban: There is a smoking ban in the whole house.
